Due to technical problems some customers have not received their e-invoices for their Telia Finance accounts that were due on April 29. Your May invoice therefore contains two instalments, one for April and one for May. Due to the technical issues that invoice is being sent by post. You can always view and pay your invoices on My pages.

The second page of your invoice incorrectly states an invoice fee and penalty interest, you don’t need to pay those amounts. If you pay those amounts anyway, the amounts will be deducted from your total debt. Pay your invoice before the due date to avoid receiving a reminder.

You don’t need to reapply for e-invoice as invoice distribution method. Your June invoice will be sent as an e-invoice.
