Due to technical problems, some e-invoice customers haven’t received their July invoice and instead received a reminder invoice by post that is due on August 29. This invoice contains a reminder fee and a late payment interest fee which you don’t need to pay. If you’ve already paid the minimum amount to pay on your reminder invoice, the fees will be deducted from your total debt.
You don’t need to reapply for e-invoice as invoice distribution method. Your next invoice will be sent as an e-invoice.
